1. The XFID Registry

The XFID Registry ("Registry") is operated by Vector Bravo Ltd ("we", "us"). It provides permanent, content-based identifiers (XFIDs) for sustainable finance disclosure documents, along with structured metadata and document access services.

2. XFID Identifiers

XFID identifiers are facts derived from document content. They are free to reference, cite, and use in any context without permission, attribution, or fee. This right is irrevocable and applies to all XFIDs, past and future.

3. Account Registration

Certain features (document submission, downloads, API access) require registration. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Systematically scrape or bulk-download registry data without an Enterprise agreement
• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or deliberately incorrect documents or metadata
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Registry or its infrastructure
• Use the Registry to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content
• Impersonate another person or organization in submissions or account registration

5. Document Submissions

By submitting a document, you represent that you have the right to make it available for indexing and that the metadata you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submissions are reviewed before publication.

We do not claim ownership of submitted documents. Copyright in documents remains with the original authors.

6. Registry Data

Public metadata (document type, issuer, year, status, relationships) is freely viewable. Access to document files, extracted text, version history, and bulk data is governed by subscription tier. Redistribution of registry data as a commercial data product requires an Enterprise agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Registry is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of registry data. XFID identifiers are computed deterministically from document content; we do not verify the accuracy or authenticity of the underlying documents unless explicitly noted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Registry, including but not limited to reliance on registry data in investment or disclosure decisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the Registry after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
